MOBOTIX LIVE: Access Your MOBOTIX Cameras and Door Stations
MOBOTIX LIVE is a mobile intercom app for MOBOTIX IP video door stations, allowing users to receive doorbell notifications, see who is ringing, talk to visitors, and even open the door. With push notifications, you'll never miss a visitor. The app displays the doorbell message of a MOBOTIX IP Video Door Station and provides live images of MOBOTIX IP cameras on your Android device.
One of the standout features of MOBOTIX LIVE is the gesture-controlled PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) functionality, which allows users to control and view live images from MOBOTIX IP cameras. The Playback view enables users to review the latest recorded events, while the Grid view allows simultaneous live streaming from up to four MOBOTIX door stations or IP cameras. The app also supports automatic camera discovery, remote camera connection via SSL, and shows the connection status.
Please note that before viewing cameras remotely, you'll need to configure your router to allow incoming traffic. MOBOTIX recommends using a cable-based intercom system for more reliable connections. Additionally, it is advised to open the app at least once a month to ensure ongoing push notification functionality.
MOBOTIX LIVE is a free app that requires Androidor higher. It is compatible with MOBOTIX IP Video Door Stations and IP cameras with specific software versions. However, please be aware that some restrictions may apply depending on the multitude of supported Android devices.
